Finally got back on the bike on Saturday and have a sore ass to prove it .
Japanese vegan street food cooking class on Sunday. Lotus Root and sweet potato Kushikatsu was a winner. |

For the first time in literally years we had both children with grandparents so we got a date day and then our first trip to a swingers club and we had an amazing time.
Sadly now we can’t wait to go back but the children were little shits to each other so any reoccurrence is unlikely for the foreseeable  |

Generally quiet & lazy plus usual household chores barring a sneaky dogging in some woodland on Saturday where me & 5 other guys were getting sucked off & (in a couple of cases) fucking a naughty 30-something lady   |

I went and camped at small music festival near Wimborne. Had a relaxing time and saw some good music ( plus some bad).
The worse thing was carrying all your gear from the car park to your pitch in the heat on Friday. Underneath my wig was very sweaty. |
