Bit of butter to keep it soft and moist, flavoured grilled chicken (peri peri or garlic and herb usually), cheese on top, chilli and lime dressing, salad on the side (no tomatoes though, they're the devil's fruit 🤢) |

If I’m making myself - 1/2 my cheese in first, beans and then topped with the other 1/2 of the cheese.
But, there was once a burger van near my work. Owner had a Thai wife, and her massaman curry was served in a potato not with chopped potato! 😋 😋 😋 |

Has to be proper spuds cooked in foil, none of this microwave nonsense..
Generally butter, cheese, tuna
But bacon cheese and fried onions is decent too.
Tonight's was just Shirgar salted butter... bliss |
