Can you bite your tongue when you hear something you disagree with? Do you get involved if someone is getting bullied or attacked?
I'm definitely an interventionist. I call out bad behaviour and wade into altercations. How about you?🤓 |

"Zero filter. If I had to bite my tongue I'd have the end off!!
Us Yorkshiremen (I'm living afar) seem to have a trait for it 🤓
Wholeheartedly agree with that!!
Say it as it is usually!!"
I got told I was blunt once. I took it as a compliment 🤭🤓 |

I got called an opinionated gobshite the other day. I smiled and pointed out an opinion is like an arsehole. We all have one |

I'll defend myself and say my piece but when someone is clearly trolling I'll try not to react....Because that's what they want is a reaction...And it's more fun to watch them make a cunt of themselves
It's horrible when you see people get attacked online and will call it out if I can....
Although you do see more men being called out for bad behaviours than women |

"I’ve learnt to bite my tongue amongst my circle of friends. They’re.. how shall I put it, lost to right wing social media.
I think I'd be finding other friends 👍🤓" m
I slowly am and backing away from this lot, no way do I want to associate with people with a collective Dunning-Kruger problem. |

I didn't actually think about online. Good point though. It's easier for people to hide behind a keyboard and dish out nastiness 🙄 |

Yep, they do it
But yep, I am outspoken in the real world as well and yep I would step in if I saw someone being attacked |

It really depends on the context. Online trolling I will normally ignore as they are looking for the reaction but sometimes, it can be fun to just wind them up.
In real life, I will always judge what action is safe for me and everyone else. If it is safe, I will do something. It’s been shown that the bystander effect is real and if 1 person calls out a behaviour, more people will have the confidence to support them than taking that initial action themselves. |

Depends on the situation. If I don't know the full story or only part of the story...I mind my own business.
I'm not going to get involved just for the sake of it but I would definitely try to calm things down. Generally you can't reason with angry people or ignorant ones. |
