I don't want any of them to be rebooted. I loved my childhood and don't want those memories fucked up with special effects and animation! It was always so much fun looking out for the string that things were suspended on, the boom mic nudging into the screen and props falling over. |

I remember an interview with John Cleese a while back and he said there was a script that went into preproduction for a one off Christmas Special of Towers. Unfortunately the Lockerbie disaster happened so they had to shelve it as would be too sensitive. The plot saw the 4 of them board a plane to visit Manuel's family in Barcelona. The plane though, shortly after take off, gets hijacked by Basque Separatist terrorists. However, it doesn't take the terrorists long to realise they really, really have chosen the wrong plane!
