A decent slice of home made cheese & onion plate pie (none of this cheese & potato nonsense)

Shortcrust pastry and baked on a Pyrex dinner plate

Thick cut chips and beans on the side

I'd need a couple of hours after that, but then home made, warm, dark chocolate brownie with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top
