Good morning ladies.
Woke up today feeling a bit low just one of those days where life’s little stresses weigh on you. So I decided to shake it off by dressing up a bit.I threw on a beautiful dress, paired it with strappy heels, and wow instant mood boost! 💃✨
Do you have a go to outfit or piece of clothing that instantly lifts your mood or makes you feel amazing?

I don't have a particular item of clothing or outfit that lifts my mood but I do match my outfit to my mood.
I match mine to how cold I am. I'm usually in a thick, comfy cardigan. "
That is a factor for sure. I hate being cold. |

Any of my louboutins, they make me feel better as I bought them all because I love them.
I also have a dress that I got from a boutique in Notting Hill that's long gone that I've had for years. Hubby loves me in it, and I love the fact that I can still get in it  |

Completely understand this, I did similar two weeks ago, was feeling down, it was cold and miserable outside, so decided to stick some comfortable pyjamas on, shut the curtains and had a film day. |

I completely understand! I recently had a similar experience with a dress I bought years ago. I had outgrown it for a while, but when I tried it on recently, it actually fit again. I was so thrilled it really gave me an instant mood boost. There's something so special about slipping into something that you’ve loved for years and still feeling that connection to it. It’s like a little reminder of how much we grow and change, but there are some things that always make us feel beautiful, especially if your husband is loving it |

I am loving the responses to this thread, It's amazing how something as simple as a dress or a favorite piece of clothing can have such a powerful impact on our mood and confidence. whether it’s finally fitting into something or simply wearing something that makes you feel amazing, cozy pyjamas or that perfect gym gear can lift us up in unexpected ways. It's all about embracing the things that make us feel good, inside and out. |

Leggings and trainers along with a hoodie to head to the beach. I’m not a make up kind of person if I can avoid it, so in all my natural state makes me happier and boosts my mood

Awww its amazing that you can get a good boost from leggings and a hoodie (always has to be his hoody  aswell) And I totally get what you mean about make, there’s something so empowering about feeling good in your own skin, just as you are. |

I bloody love clothes and dressing well. Wearing a well put together outfit always makes me feel happy and more confident. I enjoy the compliments I receive (fickle, I know!) and I feel distinctly smug as most of my attire comes from charity shops. This time of year I love a figure hugging jumper dress for work.
But if I want to feel sexy then it's my pleaser heels all the way  |

I'm the opposite.
Most non-lounge type clothes irritate the heck out of me so I boost my mood by taking off anything that annoys me as soon as I get back home.
It's sometimes the best part of my day 😁 |
