Hamlet. Troubled young man.
Sheep never did it for me.
I try to let all of my body rest. Sort of click off parts bit by hit. Move up try to allow that head to join the rest of the body.
Never ceases to amaze me that I could easily drop off on the settee if I allowed it.
Going to try going back up.  |

Flipping heck. Still wide awake!!! Went to see GP. Apparently my blood pressure is sky high. Got sent to assessment at Queen Rlizabeth Hospital. Got here about 3pm. Had bloods taken. A chest x-ray, a CT scan, more bloods taken....and it's now 2am and I am still sitting here! My arse has gone numb!! |

Thank you I am sure I will be fine. More bored than anything else now. There's someone here who has been here even longer than I and only had bloods taken so far. I'm strting to thinknhe is just here to get out of the cold. |

I'm a regular poster on these threads after struggling for sleep for years.
A friend recommended trying high-strength CBD gummies, unfortunately they were sold out so went for the 60mg drops.
The last 2 nights I've slept 8+ hours so hope this is the turning point for me. |

Sometimes I wonder at my own intellect
They do say all brains and no common sense. That you can have one or the other. Yet going to ask if you have a miracle cure for insomnia would prove I have neither, because if you did you wouldn’t be up still 🙈
