Super early, are we allowed to go bed super early too, circadian rhythms and all that, what time is acceptable bedtime in the middle of winter a) not asking for a friend, I’m knackered and considering 8pm is the right time |

Nowt wrong with heading off early, I’m often thinking of heading off around 9pm, sometimes with a bit of telly, or a bit of a read, other times hit the hay straight away!
You do what works for you, OP! 💪 |

Go with the flow, my biggest red flag is ignoring signs of sleepiness and powering through until “bedtime” by which point I’m overtired and can’t sleep. Be like a bear and hibernate while you can hehe |

Agree with this, but with the added complication of a bedtime revenge procrastinator who won't let me go to sleep alone. I can tell the missus it's time for bed at 9, she'll reply "up in a min" and before you know it it's midnight and I'm overtired. |

Oh I know this feeling well, it’s like a gamble trying to decide whether I’ll be fully asleep by the time they come or if they’ll disturb me mid dropping off . Do I wait, do I go early, what do I do ?! |

We went to bed at 10.30pm last night and I was up twice for a wee.
Longest sleep i ever get nowadays is 3 hours continuous.
Oh for the days when an 8 hour sleep, straight through, was the norm.
Sighs....... |

I’m currently wishing they would put “I’m a Celeb” on earlier than 9pm as these 10:30 finishes are playing havoc with my sleep routine!
In my younger years I’d go clubbing till 3am and be up again at 6am. How??
