"Sound track to a film.
For us it's Lady Gaga - Hold My Hand from Top Gun Maverick
No offence OP but that's just one song that was in a film. Soundtrack would be the whole movies music "
For one song from a movie, first time I heard Kaleo was in Collateral Beauty and I've been a fan ever since |

"It's been a long day with out you my friend and I will tell you all about it when I see you again"
Can't remember who sang it.
But it was the departure of Paul walker at the end of 1 of the fast and furious film where him and vin diesel are driving side by side and they just go there separate ways.
Cause you guys might or might no that paul walker lost his life in real time. |

"Agreed on the Star Wars & Lord of the Rings.
Baby Driver, The Matrix trilogy and Singles would also be favourites "
Another vote for Baby Driver and Singles. Also Boogie Nights, Trainspotting and Blade Runner. Plus anything by Hans Zimmer. |

The soundtracks to the following films are, for different reasons, fantastic:
Blade Runner
Gladiator
The English Patient
Raiders of the Lost Ark
The Crow
Grosse Pointe Blank
Star Wars
Dune (Denis Villeneuve version)
2001: A Space Odyssey
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
.
Fantastic individual songs from films:
"Now We Are Free" by Lisa Gerrard from Gladiator.
"Burn" by The Cure from The Crow.
"One More Kiss Dear" by Vangelis from Blade Runner.

Damn I forgot about the Dune scores, they are amazing! Zimmer does create fantastic scores for movies that are really resonant and affecting. |

While I acknowledge that John Williams is probably the doyen of film composers (and he's written a huge number of the most memorable scores in film history), I actually consider Zimmer to be more flexible and agile as a composer. He composes very different scores, each suited organically to it's subject matter. You can't always hear one and say "that's Hans Zimmer". You can usually spot a Williams, good as it is. |

"Just remembered Kevin and Perry Go Large. Amazing soundtrack!"
One of my guilty pleasures. I shouldn’t like it as it’s just silly and juvenile, but as an old raver it’s far too accurate in places and has some absolute comedy gems in the script. |
