The depths of your mind

...go to the gym/exercise per week?

I aim for two gym sessions and a couple of long walks in the week. Really helps improve my mental health and gives me time to mull over the stresses of life.

4 days a week for weight training, occasionally 5 if I can fit a cardio session in along with around a 40min walk at lunchtimes around 3 times a week.

I work out in my garage gym 4 times a week most weeks, plus I aim to average 10,000+ steps a day. My nutrition whilst ok, isn't something I'm strict with though which probably lets me down a little but I like food and drink so I don't really care.

Five a week, pull, push legs, rest, upper, lower, rest.

I find cardio boring…. I realise I should, just no interest in it ha ha ha

Having a garage gym helps

4 weight sessions, and football once a week.

But last few months have been a bit chaotic so less regular - looking forward to getting back into a real routine in a couple of weeks. Will need to ramp up the cardio to lose the now very thick winter layer! 😭

Haven't been to a gym in 10 years and that was only as a trial for a month.

I'm on my feet at work all day and walk around 10 mile most Saturdays.

That's my only exercise.

Depends on what I'm training for. Always a minimum of 5 sessions a week, likely a mix of gym, swim, bike, run. It's been mostly gym lately due to Hyrox. Done my last race for the season this week so now I can start doing the fun stuff - Tri training. I can often do more sessions when I have something on to train for, though Ironman training was admittedly a bit next level

Also learning to pole dance (badly), reformer pilates, and have a personal trainer a few times a week.
