No. Well, that's not quite true. Not obligated anyway. If it's me asking about personal experiences that might be more sensitive, I'll try and reply to people because I want to. They've taken the time to answer me.
If it's a daft thread, no. I admire/respect people who start threads and actively try to be inclusive, it takes a lot of time and effort. |

I totally agree about always trying to reply, genuinely feel for those that post away and rarely get any chat the other way. Unless it's rude or disrespectful and in which case they are no longer in the tribe |

"I do try. But sometimes it can be a bit repetetive and feels like i am answering for the sake of it and i also feel bad if i miss anyone.
"
Exactly this.
Plus I sometimes can't reply straight away so then I end up spamming the thread with 14 posts and it feels thread killer-y/overbearing when I'm just trying to be inclusive. |

I try not to. It's a balancing act to be a good host but not monopolise it. Can't have a thread where 60% of the comments are the OP. Bit much that.
Plus I want to get other people's POV or I'd not be starting it.
Not to be confused with their piv |

I try my best too think it’s common decency since people took the time to respond, a few time I’ve asked people’s opinions here ehen making a decision and people were kind enough to respond with advice |
