Personality is by far most important. Their ability to engage in interesting (non sexual) conversation and their sense of humour. If I dont enjoy your company over a cup of coffee or glass of wine, then I don't want to have sex with you.
I need to find their appearance attractive (but that doesn't necessarily mean they need to be stereotypically good looking). Eyes and smile are key features.
Body shape, height etc are not very important to me, I am generally not attracted to skinny men though.
Penis size is not high on my list of priorities (although my preference is average size and too small or too big would likely be a "no thanks"). Some penis shapes don't appeal to me though.

Firstly they have read our profile.
Secondly face pic.
Thirdly cock size, nothing below 4 inches but not fussy about size other than that.
Location is fourth on the list because some people do travel or can meet them in a club.
Lastly can they actually hold a conversation and appear to have personality. It’s only so far down the list because if we don’t like the look of them or they don’t align with our profile their conversation skills are irrelevant therefore why it’s so low down on our priorities for a match.
