your hotlist

Yes it is dinner -evening meal is tea

Are you a preparer. Do you take your dinner to work with you?

Dp you batch prepare or do it every night for the next day?

Or are you more a grab and go at dinnertime?

I have all the greatest ideas of making my dinner to take with me but then it never happens and i always end up grabbing a crappy meal deal or eating crap i really need to get better at taking my own in.

If I'm working locally I bring my own. Batch cook and reheat at work. If I'm working away it's a bit more difficult so I usually get something from outside. Meal deal usually or I treat myself to some hot food like fish and chips.

I cook on a Sunday which is my day of rest from feverish sexual activity. Make a few things for the working week but sometimes just grab a baked potato and cheese.

I buy a meal deal when I'm in the office. Make something quick if I'm at home.

Probably due to my lean upbringing and then having to really watch the money when I was a mum of three children I REFUSE to buy what is laughingly called a meal and even more laughing called a deal .... so there's your answer. I am motivated to make my own. It's a fraction of the cost. Takes five minutes , it what I want not what I have to put up with AND is nutrition not shite.

I always did the kids packed lunch too with no shit in it and saved a fortune and they ate it.

Most days I’ll make something to take to work for my lunch, usually a sandwich or a salad.

When I’m on nights I usually take either a ready meal or some kind of leftovers for my supper. Although I do occasionally batch cook and freeze things for my blocks of nights

I used to take my own lunch plus snacks. The canteen at work served horrible grub and there were no shops nearby so it was out of necessity

Always take my own

A couple of times a week I'll make something that will do for a few days lunches

I work from home most of the time, but when I work in the office I tend to bring my own these days as its cheaper.

I'm usually snacking for lunch...3 bananas, a 100g pack of blueberries or raspberries, chicken salad and finish off with a protein bar. If I eat too much for lunch (especially if a lot of carbohydrates) I become very sluggish and my energy levels drop significantly
