Make a quick decision. Needed to buy a birthday card today for my sister. Went to 3 card shops and I still couldn't decide. Same when I was young in a toy shop or browsing the Argos/index catalogue. Same when booking holidays. Each day at work I list the pro's and cons for each destination. Sometimes I just flip a coin let fate intervene.

I cant get my my brain the not overthink about everything, so I cant just have a "normal" day.
Like is she being friendly or does she actually like me, did I lock the door, did I put the handbrake on, wheres my keys phone and wallet, cant go to sleep without rechecking all switched are off and doors locked.
