I managed not to shit myself today 
Not that it happens at all but it nearly did today and it was close, so we'll happy.

I am training to be a zumba instructor for kids as well as adults, the very good looking manager of the Leisure Centre I use has offered me use of their Studio space and said they can advertise it for me too!  |
