I used to be a night owl but I have slowly morphed into an early bird the last 10 years out of necessity and now I can't handle late nights anymore (that's anything past 11pm 😅)

Both. Up early to walk the dog (plus I wake before 6.00) and night owl, cos I invariably fall aslee for 30 mins on the sofa watching something, then wake and am up til mignight, when I take the dog out for a walk.
