That might be true, however that doesn't mean those allegations are not valid...she just didn't pursue any legal actions at that time, however she has filled in a police report regarding this, and there is officially an investigation now. What's also well documented is Katy's inappropriate behaviour throughout the years...she has groped 🖐🍑 a 16 year old Justin Bieber on live television, she forced a kiss on an American Idol contestant (again on video), she did another similar thing with a fan on stage at one of her concerts, a number of other celebrities have mentioned none consensual touching or even kissing regarding Katy, and in the last 24h another person has accused her of SA. |

If it was a guy people would be throwing the book at him, because it's a woman people take it as a joke.
