What things happen in public that annoy you?
For me.....why do people insist on phone calls on loud speaker? Keep it private!!
To set the scene, I was in my local cafe....all nice and peaceful and boom....I'm listening to someones nan.

People who stand in City Centres and sing. I’m not talking proper buskers who have a decent voice, I mean the asshats who think a crate to stand on, a karaoke machine and murdering a song is a great idea. It’s not.

Tourists. We love you, you bring money into an area with a lot of poverty but for the love of all that is holy please don't walk six abreast with two pushchairs, Aunty Joan on a walker and a couple of miserable teenagers when the locals are trying to get to Aldi before it shuts |

Went to my local town. And there they were the God squad. Now I don't hate any religion. But it's not for me. But having people on a microphone telling me to repent my sins in the name of Jesus on a lovely Saturday morning is annoying.
Plus I don't think they are ready for me to repent mine. Probably need therapy after  |

People who like to blame everyone else for their own shortcomings.
It’s usually phrases like “I was late for work and everybody was…..”
It’s the people who are late for work in the first place due to poor time management are the problem, not the rest of society going about their daily business. |

People who stay on their phones while at the checkout/till, do you really think that you’re so special that you can’t even be bothered to give people in retail the time of day?
But just as bad people who are the other side of the counter on their phones who have the audacity to get pissy when you need to ask a question. |

So many things… every time I go out it makes me feel so grateful that I work from home. People using the loudspeaker on their phone, playing music or who let their kids play games on their phone or tablet with no headphones. Slow walkers, ditherers, whistlers, spitters, chavs, people with no sense of awareness e.g. people who stop at the end of an escalator with zero fucks given for the pile of humans building up behind them. People who block shopping aisles with trolleys or prams or who stand in a group for ages having a mothers meeting with people they’ve bumped into. Parents who don’t supervise or control their kids and let them run around causing a nuisance or making a racket. Kids whingeing. Kids in general. People with no consideration for their smell or their fumes - BO, strong perfume, vapes, cigarette smoke or we*d. People who preach about religion in town centres and charity collectors who try and hassle you when you’re just trying to get from A to B. Think that’s all for now but sure there’ll be plenty more 🤣 |

People walking around whilst looking at their phones and either walk right into you, or stop dead in front of you.

Had five months in hospital six years ago and for some reason bloody old farts like me only used their phones on speaker (I didn't/don't) it was during COVID and leaving the floor wasn't allowed. Had three twats all on their phones ar the same time- properly raised my game as a grumpy old bastard it did!!

People hogging the equipment at the gym. They sit there on their phones preventing other people from using it. Yes, I know you are planning on using it again but you're not using it now so fuck off and let me have a go so I can go home.
Im sure a lot of the reason gyms get full is because of people holding others up like this.
It implement a policy of losing a finger each time somebody does this. That'll teach them.

People who smash glass bottles on pavements. Think of the poor dogs. Neighbours who overfill their outdoor bins and attract the rats. Kids on buses who keep pressing the stop button. Once is quite sufficient. Street fundraisers and salesmen. I've lost count of the times I've said "sorry, I can't stop'. Their cause may be important and commendable, but it always seems to be me they approach and I have to make an excuse to keep walking.  |
