So I've often wondered what is the perfect introductory message on here. Is it just a simple, short and sweet hello my name is .... and then outline similar interests via someone's profile?
A message with a face pic and reading and understanding someone's profile page?
Following on from a great discussion from the forums and then getting to know someone via PMs?
Does the perfect introductory message even exist?
Interested in everyone's thoughts. What do you all think. What is the perfect or maybe not, but great introductory message on a site like this?

I don't think there is a "perfect" first message really.
A few people I've met have been off the back of forum discussions where we have got to chatting privately and things have moved on.
Others, it's been a cold opening. But I will say a face pic attached with an opening message is always a winner for me. Face pics over cock pics please. Something telling me what caught your attention or why you wanted to chat to me, and why you think we would vibe is good.
Going straight in with the sex chat or giving me a blow by blow "imagine this" scenario  ❌ 👎 |

No such thing. If the person or couple finds you attractive they will respond. Unfortunately you won't know unless you send a message. Even then, they might not respond because they receive so many messages. And you can't expect them to view your profile and message you first as there are so many profiles. And your profile might be boring or not have the information or images they are looking for. Attend a social. It's better for interactions and actually being around other humans is good for our health. |

Yup. As DD says - face pics, an interest in getting to know us and offering information and questions. I’ll quickly stop replying if there’s no back and forth interest. Sometimes people will just answer what you’ve asked and not engage us back. So we stop replying. |

As previously said. Something that shows you've actually read my profile (not simply 'I've read your profile') and are showing an interest in what I've put in there. Tell me why you'd like to chat and offer up a conversation opener, not just 'I'd love to chat' and then leave it to me to start the conversation. I don't necessarily expect a face pic, but it's a bonus. If your message and profile are sufficiently appealing I'll respond. |

Something that includes a question. I hate the ones that are like I really like your profile for XYZ reasons, they might drop a face pic. But then end the message with 'would love to chat if you're interested' CHAT ABOUT WHAT? Why am I saddled with the labour of creating conversation?  |

I opened my message filters the other day (must have been feeling brave haha) and although 90% of the messages have been deleted unread after checking their profile in ninja mode, I have read one or two.
I agree that the best message is the one that is sent from someone you think is hot 😂 But apart from that, I prefer when the messages are a bit shorter, perhaps just a line or two, sound genuine, perhaps reference or compliment one of my pictures. I delete any that just say hey/hi and any that say ‘can I ask you a question?’ And absolutely hate when anyone tries to use dirty talk/ tells me what they would do or sends a dick pic - that’s an instant block. |

I'm basically the same mate. You get a general feeling for the person behind their profile, by what they have written in their bio? I try to message along the same vibe, and yes, always include a face pic, so long as their profile is at least photo-verified by the site  |

I don't think there's such a thing as a perfect message. It can be down to things like timing - there are times where I'm receptive to talking, other times I can't be arsed.
I'm not keen on going straight in with sex chat. Penis photos. Messages asking what would you do to me as if that's an appealing prospect.
The forums can be an "easy" in but I hate when it's assumed that I'm interested in sex with because I reply.
I don't mind a simple message but a dull one regardless of length well and truly bores me. |
