Wake up each morning and say - Today will be a 10/10 day. Before you go to bed, look back at the day and if it wasn't great, just mark that as a 9/10 day. Every new day has the potential to be 10/10 fantastic. Only you can achieve it. 
Think positive. I can, I must, I will, I shall.

Sunny and forecast 18 degrees today!
As someone who has had a tough year mentally, physically and divorced - and now single and a lone ranger looking for fwb’s or f’buddies remember this “the story ends well”
Someone passed me a note saying just this on it as I sat somewhere one day with a coffee and doom scrolling! Made me look up - see things differently and try my dammdest to be positive
