Money would obviously make a big difference.
Immortality (so long as I dont age any more) but then i think that would be lonely and heartbreaking.

I'll have good luck. The beat luck in the world. That accumilator will come in. I smoked and worked around asbestos when younger but that will never effect me, what luck ! I'd be so lucky i never caught ccovid or any cold, flu or even STD.
