Who’s going to the gym today and what are you training?

Legs today for me, guaranteed I’ll end up kicking someone on leg extensions.
😂 I’m 6ft2 so when I kick out my legs end up hitting someone, not as bad as when I was shoulder pressing and a group of teenage girls was standing around me and I ended up hitting one with a 40Kg dumbbell, never felt so bad in my life |

"Start the week with deadlifts."
I like to start the week on deadlifts too, I only left 100 nowadays but I do five sets of 20 then move onto upper back, biceps finished with a bit of bag work swim and a sauna, I love Mondays in the gym |

Gotta get my body into shape for summer plus my perpetual cycle of trying to bulk up legs and bum but with damaged knee it’s hard slower going  |

That’s fair! Summer isn’t too far away but you’ll smash it, even with the damaged knee, does take a fair amount of time though I will admit. 🤣 |

Whatever machine I can get on.
Also doing the couch to 5k program on the treadmills, so I've got that horror to look forward to.
Also, I seem to have damaged my left elbow and my right shoulder, and they never seem to get better, which hampers what I'd like to do a bit. |

I've just finished a push day. Going through a phase of low rep, high intensity sets to help build more strength which has been tough as I've been trying to make sure I push to failure under heavy (heavier weight) without my form breaking down too much |

30 mins on the walking machine, incline 9 speed at 4.0
1000 metres within 5 minutes on the rowing machine on number 8.
Stair master on speed 3 for 20 minutes!
Was stuffy as hell in there today!

Trust me, the 1st time I went on stair master I did 3 minutes & thought I was going to die, you get used to it & up it by a minute each time you go on, I can do upto 30 mins no problem now  |

Planning on going 5 times this week.
Chest, legs and biceps yesterday.
Shoulders and triceps today.
In between sets I walk around the gym which is normally 5000 steps.
And am trying to do a 15 mins hiit everyday this week too.
