Off camping this weekend, apart from the essentials of jockstrap and kilt. What other items do people pack for fun?

The wife started nudist camping last year, and she said that without doubt the most essential thing is the most reliable torch you can ever buy.

Spare tent in case the original tent is stamped on by Highland cattle and a spare tin openerfor hot standby and 6 bottles of ready mixed Margaritas to drink howling at the moon when you realise you left the spare tent in the other car and you forgot both tin openers. .. Mx 👿

Paper Town Central, Essex.

Fabric conditioner bottle.

Used to pee in, in the middle of the night. Saves getting dressed and cold to go behind a hedge.

They also have a wider neck so it's harder to miss.

Ladies, add a funnel.

Once done, tighten up the lid and put it in your sleeping bag. It'll keep your feet warm...

Notebook and pen, to make notes on all the things you forgot, so you remember them for next time

A large water jack, there's nothing less fun than walking to the communal tap every time you need a cuppa. 🫖

Having camped all over the UK and Europe it depends on the site place you are camping.

Festival camping is another story altogether as I do the Isle of Wight every year and have learned things everytime.

But the essential to me is a good bed I have the decathlon blow up bed base with a sim mattress and 4 inch memory foam on top pillow and good sleeping bag. I bought a caravan last year and sold my big tent so probably only go camping at festivals where they don’t allow a caravan.
