If fab decided on a rule tomorrow, that no explicit photos or videos are to be permitted on the site.
You're only allowed to show full clothed pics or a face pics on g
Your profile.
You are allowed to send explicit pics and vids in private messaging.
The reason why i asked this is because it be very interesting how many would still stay if these new rules were implemented as I understand not many like showing their face for all people to see.
Be interesting to see people's thoughts on this.

I would have no issue sharing only clothed photos as long as I don't need to show my full face.
If everyone was only allowed to show their faces and nothing else I would probably be okay with that, it's pretty much what I do on other apps like Feeld.
I just don't mix explicit and face pics on public, it's one or the other for me. |

This is pretty much the rules on another site we use. You can have topless pics but you can’t show genitals/action or anything graphic.
It’s better in terms that conversations start wholesome rather than a lot of graphic messages. I think people see nakedness on here and generally think they can be crude from the off.

Actually I'm going to go against the grain and say I'm not sure id like it.
By having graphic photos/action shots allowed on profiles it quickly allows me to filter out those who don't appeal/might have different preferences to myself.
Leave clothes on, yes it gives a sense of someone's style/personality and that's helpful too. But there's nothing to say those photos aren't allowed now, people could post them but largely choose not to 🤷♀️

I kind of agree. I mean, I would still stay if that was a rule and wouldn't miss the nakedness that much. But I get what you're saying. There are some profiles I steer clear of when it comes to overly graphic pics. |

I’ve long thought fab would be so much better if public pictures were only what one might see in public (excepting places like nudist beaches).
I certainly don’t want to see inside the rotting corpse of a vagina from the local grotty chav that is filthycumslutwhore69 or the gaping hairy poohol belonging to bigboyslutmanfucker3000.
Your general appearance is enough to give me an initial idea whether I’ll be interested, in fact more so than if you’re completely nude.
Face pics and nudity can be shared through private messages but only once express permission has been given (maybe a disclaimer checked by both parties).
Perhaps then people will treat other people like human beings deserving of consent and respect and decent bonds can be formed. |
