Perhaps I've never had a quality slice of Black Pudding, something more authentic or made in the traditional sense, as opposed to something made with poor quality ingredients or just mass produced fodder.

I love it, not actually a fan of the bury black pudding. I prefer Scottish or Irish varieties, they usually have more spicing. I find bury black pudding a bit bland.
