How to politely say no

I met a 24yr old lady a few times last week, we had a great time, chatted for hours and ended up in bed together most nights for sex. BUT since then she has been on the phone almost every hour pleading to meet again, ringing me nearly 24/7 and when Im at work etc etc.
I want to see her again, but what is the polite way to say slow down please……….she is not from this list BTW |

When I get a cold call; I just say in a very hushed tone "I can't talk now, I'm at a funeral". Gets rid of them straight away. They just apologise and then can't get off the phone quick enough. You could try that, it might work. |

Sounds intense. The best way is to be gentle but direct with no room for misreading. Explain you'd like to see her again but the communication style needs to change as it's overwhelming. Something along those lines.

She seems clingy , needy and quick to attach to me.
I find honesty to be the best way forward,
So you say , I'll call YOU when I have time for a meet. I'm not ready for all this contact we are having. |

People invest time and energy into others and wonder why they get attached. It is a bit full on and im guessing they can't separate fun and feelings. For this reason, I wouldnt see them again, it will only get worse the more times you meet.
Just be honest, I think most people would rather have that even if they don't want to hear it. |

You might have left it a little bit too late to do it nicely. Just be honest as soon as possible, set some boundaries and expectations , then be prepared for her sulking or maybe even getting angry and feeling like you're losing interest

Get into her language.
Tell her you are on a digital detox as its bad for your mental health and you will have specified communication windows.
Or set clear boundaries. Then mute her conversation. You control when you pick up your phone. You are not welded to it nor compelled to answer every beep or ping. Reply when you are giving a considered answer. You are adapting to her communication style. She needs to learn any relationship has compromises. |

Thanks for all the comments, Ive thought long and hard, not come up with a definitive answer yet.
Its only 10AM and she has rung 4 times already, were going to meet tonight and I think I’m going to suggest a holiday, we both wanted to go to Martinique on a water skiing holiday, maybe such an intense few weeks will open the picture a bit wider
For those that think I’m to old, let me say no one thinks I look my age and, as a pilot instructor I have regular medical and all is good. |

Good stuff, I've got a mate who's got a place on Pluto if you'd like to take her somewhere out of the ordinary. It's very quiet but the views are out of this world. |

You know when you book a table at a restaraunt for you both, while on Martinique. Should the maitre d' make the reservation in your partners name, or yours? What is it again: Walter Mitty? Askin obvs. for a fweind.  |

You really want to make this worse by going on holiday?
This type of behaviour would be a massive red flag for me and I would have run miles in the other direction and you want to keep seeing her?
If she is like this now things will only get worse.
She see this as acceptable and I doubt you will change her at all. |
