My personal experience here is men either don't notice which is doubtful or they just don't care about bellys. I think everyone has their own hangups men included. The men I've met here have been nothing but incredible to me and worshipped my body belly and all. |

I hate my stomach ( though I hate a lot of my body)
Its one area that I find hard to hide.
I hate the stretchmarks, the pouch and how it ruins many a nice outfit.
However, in all my years no one has ever been put off by it , no one has ever seen it and been disgusted. I've never got naked and had someone suddenly stop and leave.
I've come to realise we see our own flaws far more than others ever would.

I used to get hung up on my Mum Tum, but I've learnt to accept that it's part of me now (stretchmarks & all) & no manner of dieting or exercise is ever going to change it.

Absolutely agree with this. I've been really blessed to have two children and I know how any women in this world would be envious of that (and the resulting apron belly). All bodies are sexy to some and not to others, but it's been really lovely to hear that it's not a huge turn off like I thought it was! |
