How did you sleep?

Slept really well, under the duvet - love the weight of it. Gorgeous dreams and when before 5.00 by the dawn chorus. Gentle breeze here, going to open all the patio doors to let the air in, and then walk the dog. |

It took me what felt like forever to actually go to sleep and then when I did, I got woken up by a group of women who decided to congregate outside our house at 2am and talk to someone on loudspeaker about a woman who looked at them funny in the pub, followed by a fox screaming at 3am. I gave up trying to sleep and went to the gym |

Great sleep thanks. I did prepare for it though.
Had windows open all day. Only closed windows downstairs. Upstairs windows open all night and loft window open all night
Put the fan on for two hours before going to bed.
Bed cover on legs only. T shirt only.
How's not to sleep ? Woke up half an hour ago. Chipper |

It was alright until a couple of inebriated men started chatted loud nonsense in the middle of our street. Both were smoking shit and my windows were open.
Didn’t last long luckily! Ready for another roasting day |

I need this level of planning in my life. Not by me, by someone else who thinks ahead. I just wing it. |

Really well, concerning this is our third night out in the campervan! We had all the windows open as the evening cooled and fell asleep after looking at an un-light-polluted sky 🤩
I woke and pulled a couple of blinds down about 3am so the sun doesn’t beam in, and have only just woken now because one of our phones dinged 🫤 |

I’ve had about 2 hours.
The dog struggled very badly last night so I was awake with him. Flat faced dogs struggle worse with this heat.
However, the bedroom is finally cool for another hour or so, so I’ll bid you all goodnight for now.
Just as well I’m not working this week 🤭 |

Slept really well. Was at work all day yesterday so pretty tired anyway. A Garmin sleep score of 82, so happy with that. Have a shark misting fan too which is delightful in this weather |

I sleep fine at 12 degrees of air con. A tip for those not lucky enough to have a/c, put some sugar into a couple of empty 2l bottles and fill with water leaving a couple of inches empty. Freeze them, then put onto towels/flannels in front of a normal fan. It works! |
