Ya know, the way things are right now, the outlook isn't great
I manage my numerous medical conditions the best I can, I get up every day and go to work, I make sure I laugh every day and I count myself lucky that even though I feel physically shit every day, I am in a waaaaay better position than many others
Staying positive and looking forward in the face of challenges is important, but recognising them and allowing yourself to be vulnerable is also crucial to the journey |
