It is time!

How are you holding up?

I currently can't see out of my eye and I want to claw my nose off.

Only fexofenadine works for me. I tried all the other antihistamines, nasal sprays and they did nothing

I’m sneezing with very sniffly and itchy nose. On Loratadine but it’s not massively helping 🤧

I think a trip to the docs for a new prescription is in order.

Generally only get mild symptoms and can control it with loratadine, but it was really bad yesterday, today I've not noticed it.

That trance therapy, where in the olden days it was suggested a pocket watch was swung back and forth, made the biggest change for me, years ago. Like others, I take the modern antihistamines, which particularly help now with itching

It's a horrible feeling. When I get it the roof of my mouth itches and I feel like punching myself in the nose. I'm surrounded by fields and the farmers tend to cut the grass at the same time.... just before heavy rain. I've not been too bad so far this year.

That will be the rapseed! My only saving grace is that councils now hardly ever cut grass

Not doing too badly atm, it's mostly tree pollen that gets me. Suffer the most just after we've had a bit of rain after lots of hot days, as it just stirs up all the pollen and throws it back into the air. Highly recommend phenergans, but they make me hella sleepy, so beware if you take them for the first time!

I’m only allowed Loratadine due to some other medication I’m on. It’s holding up well so far.

I'm currently prescribed Fexofenadine...for my Alopecia, but it also serves as an antihistamine. 🌈

Fexofenadine wasn't enough on it's own for me. With a steroid nasal spray and eye drops I'm ok. Have to take all 3 year long though for hay-fever and general allergies 🙄

Currently on holiday in Poland and where ever I go I can’t stop sneezing, puffed up like a puffer fish and to make things worse medication wise I have to change every year as it stops working, currently only eye drops help 😭😂
