The same in my case. I don't have naughty pic for now as fully available, tried to make a bit more polite profile description and when I write messages I attach pic just in case they wouldn't like to check profile, write longer message than one sentence... Not to many replied at all, very often I could see message status as unread and suddenly deleted. Maybe it was just mailbox clear up, maybe it was more like "not in my type"... Who knows. Even when I did exactly as they had in their profiles like "send a wink and I will reply" or "put word "xxx" in the beginning so I know you've read my profile til the end"... Maybe one day I will get some good reply and finally meet some nice woman... Or maybe in real life, but not there |

every penny dont fit the slot and there lots of slots ( no pun intended ) and very few pennies. And starting a forum post dosnt usually get the reaction you are looking for.

Read profiles of the kind of person you're interested in and message something personal, rather than 'blanket messages' with a cut and paste paragraph

Do you fit what they are looking for? So for instance I'm really clear in my profile that they need to accommodate and be close by. Yet I get messages from people in Belfast or Edinburgh. These men are just wasting both of our time and rarely get a response. If they want a tall man and you are a short king again don't bother. If they are on the hotlist then again there is not much point as they will be bombarded.
Oh and don't message them expecting or even hoping to change their mind. They have their preferences for a reason. |

It doesn't have to be much, but I want some indication that you're actually messaging me. Refer to something in the profile. (Don't say "I've read your profile". Most people who say that are lying) |

My advice would be do to something else. It doesn’t really matter what you do but it should be clear that your current approach isn’t working.
Too many people think that the answer is just more of the same. That only works if your approach is right. If it isn’t (and the fact you aren’t getting a response indicates you are in this camp) then it just ends up as spam and frustration.
I can’t comment on your messaging, profile or approach but they are all up for grabs if you want to try something different.

People look at profiles, before reading messages, if they even do. The better the profile, the easier it is for people to know whether you match.
As most people are not mutually compatible with most other people, you might be doing everything very well, but they don't find a rare match.

Also, review your likes.
If there are any there that you ticked to be inclusive but aren't really in to or bothered about maybe adjust the list and see if that changes things.

Hey there OP
Been on Fab about a month myself and have noticed that women do not reply and it's due to bombardment and also the undesirables who ruin it for the normal types.
I have sent about 50 messages (all courteous in manner) and had one tentative reply.
The take away I think is to not take it personally and get noticed in other ways if you are going to continue to use this site to pursue dates.

Hi, it’s not easy by any means. A lot of the time you don’t get opened because their inbox is drowning, then comes the mass delete. Plenty of people will just ignore you too but that’s life. It’s definitely been a humbling experience on here haha |

I wouldn't reply to anyone who had referenced me as gorgeous or anything similar. Personally I find it patronising when you can't even see what I look like.
So if I was to message you I would address you by name, tell you what attracted me to your profile, point out which pictures of you that I liked, tell you what I was looking for and ask if you are looking for similar.
However, as other's have pointed out the forum can be a good place to interact. 😊
