I'm from the Midlands and have travelled a fair bit in Blighty (primarily in the south). In your experiences and opinion what has been the most civilised and 'poshest' town or city you have ever lived or visited in?

I haven’t been many places to compare but sandwich in Kent when we were there for work I couldn’t believe how alove the place was on a weekday evening, we went into town got a pizza and sat in the town square and it was dark yet still very busy people everywhere, everyone said hello and even just started conversation. |
