For today - I’m a park runner and this evening out for a meal

To have my back patio pointed completely as laid it years ago but never bothered pointing it and several of the flags had popped off the bed due to water getting under and freezing so now laziness has cost me more work re bedding all the loose ones |

See a person. ( so far ive drank coffe n sat on my arse ) BUT I did do a pile of ironing as daft o clock.
For the weekend see above and add a swim for tomorrow and then i'll prob do all the stuff I didn't do today with a bit of Xi Gong thrown in .
