I don't expand as such but my hair hasn't been right since May and before that it rained constantly so this year it's been 'normal' between 4pm 5th May and 3am 6th May 😭 |

Expanding in heat is a thing. Your body stores more water in the heat which leads to bloating and can mean you're a couple of kg heavier than in the winter. |

Very hot, day off, done some yoga, been to the tip and getting as much done as possible. I lived in S/E Asia for 10 years so, it doesn't bother me that much. Drink plenty of water and stay out of direct sunlight. |

I can't wait till it cools again at the weekend. Working 12.5 hr shifts in this heat has been absolutely horrible.
The lack of sleep at night is also a killer and the high pollen levels too.

I've just looked on a site that gives live electricity generation and demand figures for Great Britain. Presently a third of our electricity is coming from solar. But it's not very windy so only 4% is coming from wind. Sometimes wind can exceed half of our needs. |
