Posting the same vid and pic over and over again?

I have noticed that some people post the same video and/or pictures to their profile over and over. I'm not talking about a different vid or pic in exactly the same pose or doing the same act but reposting the same pic or vids again and again. What is the point of this? Do they have amnesia? Or do they just want to keep appearing in new photos section and be "current". It just smacks of unoriginality and laziness to me.
What are your thoughts on this?

This annoys me when you’re scrolling through someone’s photos and you see the same photo more than twice, but it doesn’t annoy me as much as how bad some people are at taking photos. Always take your time when you’re taking a photo. Clean the area (and I’m talking dick and room). Don’t hold a tv remote / deodorant bottle up beside your dick. A bad photo will stop so much interaction. |

There is a cpl from .... shall we say the far west of this fine island, that when it was pointed out that thier latest pic was from 2014
Came back the next day with the Same pic newly uploaded. 🤷
Not really sure how that works. |

I do this. It's a kind of "bump" for the profile. BUT, I re-upload photos that I've deleted, I don't add multiple identical photos and I don't see the point of having 6 million shots of the same thing (albeit I have many photos in briefs as that's my thing). When I'm scrolling photos I get bored after 20  |

It’s more for us when peoples pics are really old. All the pics are from 1989 clearly or they are dated as 2015, 2016 etc etc but nothing recent or maybe just one a couple years old. It’s giving catfish 🤣 |

It amuses me when they forget to take the earlier one down.
So they have two pics identical on their profile, but one is from a year (or more) ago and one is recent.

I get what you mean. I have noticed it on some profiles. Seems to be for attention from new pics, or newly posted old pics, to stay relevant.
Each to their own though, we all manage our profiles however we want. Doesnt make any difference to me |
