Anyone remember the VHS games?
Man this was badass when I was a kid. I do remember playing the dvd version but it didn't have that fear factor the original VHS games had. The originals had suspense, atmospheric music that ramped up in the last 10 mins and the hosts who's appearances got worse and worse each 10 mins past.
My favourite was Atmosfear 4: Elizabeth Bathory. The music was spine-chilling, gothic and very haunting. The host herself was quite sexy yet very deadly when she revealed her true form near the end.

Seemed to remember there was one called harbingers. Quite liked that one. Bathory was creepy the way she went from a beautiful young girl to an old witch hag as the video progressed. |

Harbingers was an awesome game as well. Yeah it was creepy but I believe that was Anne De Chantraine that turns into a witch. Elizabeth Bathory turns from a beautiful in to a hideous bat creature which is impressive makeup really. Both characters are played by the same actress as well. |

Thought I'd bump this as these past couple of weekends, me and the family played the classic board games of Atmosfear and I won the first game with the gatekeeper and the third game with the witch. Tonight, we're playing the forth game the vampire Elizabeth Bathory.
This should be fun lol |
