I often think that on fab, especially on the forums, flattery and flirting are the grease that lubricate the cogs to keep things running along. However against that background noise it's often difficult for people to pick out who is actually interested and does 'fancy' you, so here's (another) chance.
State that you're in on the thread and if you see someone that you do actually like and would like to take things further with, let them know!
I would also add that being passive isn't going to help you, go and let people know!
