As a restaurant manager a member of staff handed me a mobile phone ,which had been left by a guest .
After checking the table number,I instantly remember the couple ,both well dressed and very relaxed,checking the booking and called the number,only to find it’s the phone which has been left ,Leaving the phone on ,after a hour or so it rung ,the lady on the other end sounded relieved it had been handed in .
The next question was how she could pick it up or have it delivered to her home address .
My husband will pay for the delivery.
She gave me the address and I decided I could drop it off later after work ,or in the morning.
Please can you bring it tonight |
