Mav invited us in and we sat in the lounge which held so many memories for me, asked where we were staying, Meg told her but said we only had one night booked, Mav didn’t hesitate and said you must stay here, I can make up jimmy’s old room and don’t even think of offering money i will enjoy the company, giving me that cheeky little wink. Anyway after a cup of tea we told Mav we would return the next day about noon and I gave Mav a hug, one hand giving her bum a little squeeze, she said mmmm still a naughty boy and gave a little giggle. Meg gave Mav a hug thanked her and I heard her whisper, hope you still have the waterproof bedding Jim told me about, kissed her on the cheek, held her hands a little longer than necessary, then lent in and gave Mav a quick kiss on her lips, we left to return to our hotel with Mav giving us a wave with a big smile.
