The quickest way to get verification?

Go to a swinger's club on an evening where you're allowed. Pay your money. Follow the rules*, be nice to people. Ask the staff for a verification.
They'll verify you.
(It's not a silver bullet for meeting women here in the future - it's still not easy. Yes, it's expensive. But you'll be verified before the weekend is over)
* Obviously no one is going to verify someone who comes in and behaves like a bell end. |

The advice doesn't get any more apt then Swing's suggestion above. Attending a Fab organised group social - also mentioned above - is what I would have suggested.
Cam verifications: in my opinion is a poor man's method to get verified, and I fear it lacks authenticity and carries as much value as the Russian rouble. |

why do you need to get verified quickly? It's not a golden ticket, despite what many think/say. But yes, the quickest ones are cams (you have to show your face there, not just your member, which shouldn't be a problem as you have a face pic as your profile pic; not everyone is willing to verify as seen on cam; and it doesn't carry anywhere near as much weight as the "meet in person" verification). Next is going to a club and asking staff to verify you. Some clubs (rare but happens) prefer men to already have a meet verification beforehand, plus as a single man, you can't just turn up at most clubs and expect to be allowed in, there is usually a booking system that is explained on the club's website. Then you have organised socials - they are not "private socials", they are usually quite large, with 30+ people, and not every single one is open to men. Those that are, they often run out of single men spaces very fast.

There is a great social held in Coventry 3 times a year. It is at a private venue and has a disco. It has a party atmosphere. No play is allowed at the venue. Everyone is really friendly. Let me know if you want more information. |

I can only guess that you have never been to a club, and never met anyone who works at one. Because...
OK, I confess I haven't been to every club in the country, and I haven't spoken with every person who has ever worked at one. But on the evidence that I have, I can confidently say that they are all people I'd be proud to have a verification from.
They've seen the best of the swinging scene, and they've had to deal with the worst.
As for the OP: the 'quickest' way to anything is usually not going to help you reach your ultimate goal. There are no short-cuts; you have to put the work in. Get yourself known and trusted as a decent person that people enjoy being around.
That might look like becoming a regular at your local club. It might be going to socials (as a quiet and unconfident person myself, I've always done better with the smaller ones). Or there's the social bits of the forum. Or the chat rooms. Whatever feels comfortable and you can make work for yourself. |

If someone works in a sex club then they are grafting, paying their taxes and providing a service. I would that call person a winner in my eyes.

Nobody has even mentionned sex clubs. People on this site might go to swingers clubs, which are not the same as sex clubs.
But since you are only 18, you probably wouldn't be allowed entry anyway. Plus well done on alienating everyone with your awful attitude.  |

Go to a club with the intention of just being sociable. I was petrified when I first attended a club, but I never had a disappointing night. Those in there are just ordinary people.
Just act respectful when you are in there, and don't follow people around.
