When to tell date?

So, those who are single. When you meet someone and have been on a couple dates when do you tell them about your swinging lifestyle/fantasies. Dates have gone very well and lots of rude messages have been exchanged and intimacy is looking on the cards very soon. Should you tell them before and potentially miss out, or the rather crude side, wait and find out how good the sex life is?.

I think if your looking to have sex with them and you're also on a swingers site they should be told.

It's disingenuous otherwise.

Either on or before the first date for me.

Tried to hide the person you are because you thought I wouldn't want to have sex with the person you are, and you wanted to fuck me before revealing what you consider relevant information?

Wouldn't even care what was being hidden. If it was deliberately kept to preserve the chances of getting wet, get straight in the bin 💜

Makes complete sense. Open and honest from the get go.

What's more important to you...dating and forming a nice relationship or occasional sex you get from here?

Tell them if the other option is waiting to see how good they are at sex.

If god forbid I ever had to date ( I wouldn't fab has put me off that for the rest of my life) I would lay most of my cards on the table first. The cunningly concealed horns and devils tail could wait until I had them properly under my spell. I'm too old and too tired to play any sort of game

Before sex.

Two dates, tosee if you like them, and then on the third date. before it gets too serious.

Somewhere in Norfolk ask :)

This is a strange one in the sense you for sure should be up front from the get go but it’s different swinging as a single person and swinging as a couple.

As a single person I’m guessing you do it for the fun of casual sex with multiple different partners with out any commitment, jealousy because you are not sharing your partner with anyone.

Swinging as a couple is a different ball game as there needs to be trust, communication, boundaries and in my opinion easier to navigate once your relationship is established.

Would it be that you told your potential partner that this is your lifestyle but you will concentrate on your relationship first and foremost if it got past the dating stage?

I couldn’t see how you can date and swing at the same time because it will be hard to build the foundation required for a relationship.

It’s hard enough to find someone who you click with mentally, emotionally and sexually with the view to it becoming more, let alone if you are also on fab meeting people for sex.

That’s just my opinion though and everyone’s different, I just feel that if you really want to find a partner having casual sex with others makes it harder.

You can't swing and date at the same time, especially not how you were technically you are no longer single so your profile becomes irrelevant, and unless you find someone who is also a single swinger and would like to make a joint profile with you then forget it. I recently had a relationship with someone, told her I was on fab and deleted the account in front of her.

Only rejoined after it ended. Did I miss fab, not at all.

I would say, the answer depends on whether you want to continue swinging after you get into the relationship with them, or if you're happy to give it all up.

If you want to continue swinging, and even became a swinging couple with them, you should have been open from the very beginning. And definitely do say to them before sex!

If you are happy to give up the lifestyle and be in a monogamous relationship with the "date", then it's up to you if you let them know about your swinging past.

I think a lot of replies are overlooking the fact that single guys on here are probably averaging less than one meet a year. Which doesn't make them particularly promiscuous by modern vanilla standards.

The desire for a non-monogamous lifestyle is very relevant information when considering entering a relationship 💜

Absolutely this ! I’m not sure what the percentages are but when I last checked the number of the population looking for monogamy was far far higher than those that were not. Plus unless they have already been in this lifestyle it could be something they might be open to in time but straight away would be so hard.

How many of the single guys on here still want a non-monogamous lifestyle once they've hooked up with someone?

I don't date. Dating gives me the ick. People have unrealistic expectations....and inpatience!! I hate being rushed into things!

I only meet people in the alternative sexual lifestyle community..but I'm older.

You should probably tell them that you are a swinger at the first opportunity.

You need to get over your FOMO.

Rejection is sometimes protection.

Some ladies won't take kindly to you fucking them on the basis of a potential committed partnership and then tell them you are a swinger.

It's kind of a deal breaker for many people, and they do not want to feel used for sex only....whatever the gender.

There is such a thing as non-sexual intimacy...aka cuddles.

Learn to edge instead of constantly giving in to the sexual urges...It makes the orgasm even more intense.

I have low libido for various reasons but when I do have sex with lots of foreplay, I explode and squirt everywhere.

Tell her before you have sex and she starts becoming emotionally invested.

Honesty and openness is key because not telling her would be deception by ommission, which is not a way to build a relationship

I told my wife when we met that I was into swinging and explained to her that I like cuck relationships and what it involved. Better to be upfront I think.

A few of the single guys we've met have said they would want a monogomous relationship if they met someone.

Some of the 'single' guys are in relationships where their partner believes it to be monogamous
