Has anyone else asked a question regarding something that you think will improve the site, yet after countless messages regarding the same question over a couple of years, not one reply!!!
Terrible communication from admin, unless there reminding you about paying for your site support!!! |

It does say on the page where you pay that you don't get personal support and directs you to the site help section of the forum.
You can also make suggestions on the site feedback section |

Quite ignorant I think .. |

It's a shame theres not a site feedback section where fab would encourage users to post suggestions and improvements.
That way the topic would get other users feedback for admin to consider. |

Its not a place for answers definitely.
Had issues around not been able to post of forums from solo account despite rarely posting if at all in them before. When asked you never get a reason just some bull about it being reviewed and if no answer the ban stays. Pointless |

Ive sent a question asking why we have a status ban - not hlding out much hope of an answer though.. |

This is only a comment OP but the feedback section does get looked at, there's nowhere that says admin have to implement your changes
They would only research if they see a valid improvement and had a significant amount of profiles in agreement.
You've stated you include everytime you post but green arrow shows you are not a regular forum user and haven't made your suggestion before
So what are they meant to do with that? |

Have you tried the feedback section to post the feedback? |

Yes, I gave up, ironically they're recent bulletin comes across as they provide safeguarding...yet I've had my current status update banned for naming and shaming a toxic guy, and have had my profile deleted when I named a shamed a guy who had threatened violence and was also aggressive. |

It's a free to use site, unless you want to pay for extra features, as a 'site supporter'. Neither type of user gets engagement with site staff, as support is provided inside the allocated deducted forum sections.
The owners read all the suggestions made in the feedback section, which is where everyone else has a chance to critique them and respond how helpful or not, the idea is. Others might even be able to suggest how to improve the idea.
If you avoid that opportunity, you just deny it from getting the scrutiny it warrants.
Some ideas might wait for years before implementation. The owners are not sitting around doing nothing and have given us the tools to get things considered. The onus is on us to use the site tools we're given |

We all have to stick within rules or we will get sanctions. Admin do advise to report instead of break rules |

To the OP. Admin say they can't see any contacts from you in a long while. Are you using the right way to contact them? You can do so from these links
https://www.fabswingers.com/contact/owners
https://m.fabswingers.com/contact/owners
If it is feedback for the site you can also start a thread in that section, they read all feedback threads.
