Head for a hotel that has tradies. Pop to the bar in the evening and just get chatting. If you click, ask if they want to join for a nightcap.

We both spent years in hundreds of hotels for holidays and work and would say it’s fairly easy to achieve this if you want to. There are usually guys alone in hotels they are often found in the bar and from personal experience many will respond favourably to flirting.
We have had a few meets this way
