Does entrapment go on on swingers sites?
I ask this question because a "18 year old" was coming on strong to me. Interested in older blokes etc etc. Possibly the stuff dreams are made of...
Then the conversation veered towards: she has a friend - size 8, big tits, f*cks like a train. Likes old blokes too. Oh yeah - she's 14! Would I like to f*ck her too. Naturally, I'm not into underage sex... And I was very careful to always say 'not for me'.
Hence the question is: is this some sort of police entrapment? |

I would think that the police would concentrate on other means to catch men having sex with underage girls

I would say it was some kind of wind up. Not many "normal" guys are going to go with a girl they no for a fact is 14 yes some look far older in clubs but to be told before hand seems a windup.
When i was young shall i say i was less than a saint and the last thing i would of done was tell anyone my real age |

The police wouldn't act that way as the evidence would be inadmissible unless you had raised the subject in the first place.
The case against Colin Stagg in the Rachel Nickell murder was thrown out on the basis of entrapment and rightly so as it turned out, so the police know full well that it's a waste of time trawling in that way. |

I would have thought that it would have been more worrying that you are trying to get in the knickers of a teenager. You are 52 and married.

Just a point to note.. Even if they were over 16 and under 18 it is still illegal for them to a send a picture to you as the law states that adult material must be over 18 only. so even if they are over 16 which is the legal age for sex sending pictures is still illegal, if they did send you one and you forwarded it to a friend you could then be done for distributing child porn!!! |

Some valid points made and some intresting stuff said. On the issue of the Police - I cannot rule out their being involved as there are many instances of them trying to obtain evidence and even manufacturing evidence (the West Mids Serius Crime Squad were responsible for PACE for heavens sake!). In Leeds they set up an Agent Provacateur at great expense to the taxpayer to try and catch a man they suspected had killed his wife - The evidence was quite rightly ruled inadmissable by the Judge but it did not stop them trying - They fish for stuff and don't always get a bite as often people have done nothing wrong!
A mate of mine was pulled for not wearing a seatbelt and he maintains that it was because he would not let the coppers out at a junction where they were forcing themsleves out into the flow of traffic - the woman gets out and see's he's got a belt on and 5 14 year olds are in the car with him to prove but they cannot give evidence as there under the age! Next thing he knows he gets a summons and copies of statements where the man has talked to him seen that he has no belt on and that the woman can verify this - I beleive my mate as he's 100% honest as are his kids - He spoke to a high ranking copper who told him to forget and take the fine as the court would always take the coppers word over his. It stinks, so be very careful 1984 has passed....  |

If 18 is too young comment.... erm.I am amazed that a man with 52 years maturity would be be so selfess to consider having sex with an 18 year old in the normal world. There is a massive age difference in between the two ages and the thought just makes me feel sick. I have typed a reply then deleted it without posting as whatever I was about to say was going to come across as pretty awful.
Just seems a big shame to miss sex so much that you may not be choosy any more,and any age will do. |

Yes it could go on but it would not be the Police who did it, the laws on entrapment are very strict and they are not allowed to lead into it in such a way, you would have to suggest finding a younger person for them to be able to prosecute.
There are two Police Stations in the UK which deal with internet criminality, New Scotland Yard and West Bromwich, I have worked with the WB station and was instructed in procedures when I ran an MSN Chatroom way back when which was called Younger Ladies who Love Older Guys, the site was plagued with Paedophiles or would be Paedophiles and constantly monitored by the Police, if nothing else some good arrests where made as a result of the site being in existance. |

Madchick, can't agree with you as you know that when we first met you my ex and I had a large age gap (30 years) but you know how intelligent and mature she was. (clever enough to get rid of me after 6 years lol)
It's not ideal but age gap relationships do work in a few cases.
Back to subject and note that if the Police find you with any inapropriate pictures of underage children on your PC you will be prosecuted, no excuses are accepted, when I worked with them actively catching Paedophiles I was warned that if I any pictures were found on my PC I would be charged despite what they knew about me and that I had initially approached them to highlight a problem that they felt important enough to send an officer round to train me and work with me once a week. They will prosecute every time. |

Jed, I know you and lets be honest, when you met your previous gf, you were'nt out to seduce an 18 year old.
There is a world of difference between a chance meeting and love developing and a 52 year old MARRIED male (possibly with children her age) using a swinging forum to (possibly) try and get an 18 year old into bed.
I'm sorry but if a 52 year old is contacting 18 year olds on the off chance that he can 'fuck' them, then I'm (personally) not impressed.
At the end of the day, the fact that he is married screams 'mid-life crisis' to me and if I were him, I would be more concerned with what the wife would do if she EVER found out he was even attempting to try to get into the knickers of a 'child' young enough to be his grand-daughter (I was going to say daughter, but grand-daughter is also possible)
With you Jed, you attract younger females, which is obvious by the amount of time you have been in your relationships...... and you didn't scour the internet looking for young girls. |

Did you get an actual pic of the 18 year old there are so many fakers on here you have to be careful. At 18 I would never of been ready for the swinging scene. Whats people views of increasing the age limit on fabs to 25s and over. |

surely its for the individul to know whether or not they are ready for swinging or not
personally i dont play with anyone under 25, my choice etc etc but there are those tht like younger men and, as long as the age of consent is 18 then i dont see there being much arguement to raise the joining age on here |

Madchick I have to concede the point, your right I don't seek out younger women, I will play with any woman I find attractive no matter what her age, relationships are the same and the women I usually play with and have relationships do seem to find me and not the other way round, in the case of swinging fun there is no doubt that the initial attraction was Kaynie, Heather, Sasha and the others but I do find it a compliment that they find me, well shagable I guess and yes Sasha I met at Chameleons. |
