Is there any point of ugly people on here?

Hello everyone. I was born with one eye, and I have never let it get the better of me but every time i show my face i never get a reply. I try to be polite, and respectful in my approach. But everyone needs to see a face to be attracted to. Am I ever going to experience sex or should I start wearing an eye patch and believe I am a pirate to make do.

Personally, I'd get an eye patch and make up an elaborate story as to what happened, like you wrestled a small child from getting mauled by a bear.

Seriously though, only having one eye does not make you ugly, it makes you different and interesting and that's way more attractive than being one of the flock. Instead of seeing it as a negative, trying looking at it as something that makes you different and special.

Hey OP, my personal opinion would be not to worry about your eye...easier said than done I know if you're already thinking about it...but it won't be the thing that makes people decide if they want to get to you know, it'll be your personality that does that! Wear a patch if it makes you feel more comfortable, or don't. Whatever works for you!

Clubs are great places to hang out and socialise with like-minded people, sometimes play too, but is it somewhere you would want to lose your virginity? Perhaps attending a social meetup or two to get into the scene, and a one on one meet may develop naturally from that. Jake's suggestion is a pretty good one too, and would allow you to just get rid of that label which does seem to bother you a bit.

For what it's worth I don't think the lack of eye is the big issue. It's being yet another young single guy with no clue about swinging ona swingers site. The odds are against you. I don't think clubs are a good idea for your first sexual experience either. They aren't the quick fix that the forum massive always offer up. Try not to take things personal OP. It's hard for guys online, I've always found it hard.

You are still young and sex isn't everything. Infact I think it's overrated and there is far to much pressure on people to have sex for the first time.

OP. I too was born without use of one eye, though to look at me, people see 2 eyes.

With me, my vision would see backwards if I'd a little tunnel running through my head to the rear of my head!

But I used my sight loss to my advantage. Bullying at school was dire until I continued on to them calling me "Four Eyes" (I wore glasses for other reasons).

I'd say "Wrong, guess again!!" That would really feck up their one brain cell each!

Eventually, they gave up!

Until 4 years ago when I had corrective surgery for my other short sighted eye, I'd learnt to turn my sight shortcomings to my advantage.

There's no such thing as an ugly person; it's what is inside that counts plus how you deal with it.

Hello, I do try not to worry about my eye. I used to love showing it off before, with all my made up stories and random scenarios I used to create with it. I used to have a right laugh. But unfortunately the past few years have been rough. I understand there needs to be a mutual attraction, but for me its felt like almost everyone I come into contact with will just stop talking to me soon as my face. Hey Lux, yes I have considered the eye patch. I could go full on pirate and make a different persona for myself. But I'm not quite ready for that stage yet if I do go there. I mentioned I like it rough because I'm quite open minded to alot of things sexual. I have fantasised about how my first time will go many times. There is so much I want to try? Thats the approach I was thinking of. Going to the club for the social, and not expecting to get laid. So I can feel more comfortable and even more confident when it comes to the sexual topic. An atmosphere I am not used to.

My view on this OP, is that you would be way way better off meeting women in the real world or on a regular dating site. Find someone who appreciates you. Given that you mentioned that you're a virgin, do you really want that first time to be some casual encounter with a stranger in swingers club? Hello, I have been trying various methods for finding a more long term partner to fall for. But I find that hurts even more. I'm quite a passionate person so I get my hope's up easily. I give it 110%, and It feels like a grenade to the face when it doesnt work out. That's why I considered a more casual approach to the matter. My sexual frustration has clouded my principle for holding out, but I wont just have sex with anyone. I still want connection and comfortability. I'm not going to the club expecting sex, but more for a confidence booster. Getting out there and speaking to people with a more sexual background. Getting to understand it all more would be a good experience for me. I did want someone to appreciate me for me, but my previous terrible experiences have darkened that light so to speak.

In answer to the original question OP the simple answer is yes. Humans see different things in each other and different traits that are attractive. If you look you can find something attractive in everyone. I've been described on here by photo alone as 'ugly', but have found myself doing OK when attending socials, getting to know people and subsequently getting the opportunity to meet and enjoy other people's company.
