Man here I have ups and downs with ref to sex drive sometimes go weeks without even playing with my self. One way is a nice holiday in the sun it definitely gets you feeling horny again.
Porn doesn't always work either unless it's a really sexy scene I enjoy watching them undress and tease each other x |

Porn does nothing for me. Never did as i know its not real and only a job. Ive not long returned from a foreign country so rather like the good old uk. But thankyou for saying it |

Get your hormone levels checked testosterone reduces massively in women as we age and our sex drive suffers there are things you can take to help, unfortunately it's all usually to do with menopause x |

So many reasons it could be, I think for women we have to be feeling mentally well and happy to enjoy sex. Daily life stress can really impact it.

Happens to me on/off. I have a chronic illness so when I'm in a flair up the last thing on my mind is sex.
I just take some 'me time' pamper myself, go to a spa,buy some new lingerie or just a nice dress, get my nails done, enjoy time with friends and not worry about the sexual side of me.
My sex drive will inevitably return at some point. I think 'worrying' about it will only prolong it and I think most people have those times when they just are not 'feeling it'.

Mine comes and goes. I lost mine for quite a while but it was health related. (that's when I told my husband to meet others and when we brought up the idea of us both meeting others once I was well enough).
If you think it's health related, make an appointment with your Dr, possibly someone who has more of an understanding and interest in female health.

well Warren typing, if you look at our profile you will see that we have had our fair amount of fun over the years, lou has always liked the attention of one man etc , however due to time of life etc her sex drive has pretty much gone,as a man (typical) we dont understand but its taken a long time too. We are all human and i suppose you listen to your body, nature is good like that |

For me it very much depends on my mental state. If I'm not in a good place, it can completely disappear and comes back naturally once I start to feel happier again.
Whatever the reason, don't put pressure on yourself to gain it back immediately. It's fine to take breaks now and again to look after yourself a bit. |

Yeah I have ups and downs if I’m tired or feeling unwell. Could try not masturbating and see if that helps get your sex drive back. If not, maybe try seeing the doctor |

I’d go have bloods taken, I know when I’ve lost mine before I’ve been lacking in certain things and just exhausted to the point that not much interested me.
Once on the right meds to straighten out my levels it came back

I know I'm a man asking this question, how are you feeling in terms of your hormone levels?
Last woman I was with was struggling with her sex drive for a while after we split up, despite being very highly sexually active, she had taken progesterone as she was having issues with her periods and it made her sex drive go through the roof but caused her to have cysts in her ovaries, stopped taking it then it absolutely killed her sex drive for months on end
I don't know if you're taking any kind of women's hormonal medication or if you've changed anything in that regard, but it could be due to hormone levels, at least not without knowing more about any changes you've made recently in terms of birth control etc. |

This happens with the pair of us, we go through phases of no sex drive to being very playful. Lots of things can have a bearing and I wouldn't read a great deal in to it or push to fix. Go with how you feel and be true to yourself P xx |

As others have mentioned, it could be health related. I know my sex drive is nowhere near what it was, especially as I've found sex considerably less appealing and fulfilling than I used to (mainly due to a lack of opportunities and variety) but I've also had mental health (self esteem) issues and stresses that have also dulled my drive too.
For me, therapy and medication has helped, so I'd try seeing your GP or nurse, and hopefully that puts you on a path to restoring your sex drive.
Wishing you all the best, OP |

It could be adjusting back to being in the UK or it could be stress related just try not to think about it too much and it may return on its own or if it persists you may need to chat with your gp or similar as its possible you may need a jump start as they say |

Mine disappeared too, after a pap came back scary and needing more treatment. Then a lot of stress at home ect all came together to take my drive for a good year or so, it’s slowly coming back but it’s something I have to actively work on |

I find my sex drive is directly linked to my mental well-being. If I’m in a good place it’s sky high. If I’m struggling due to work or other pressures it takes a dip. So may be worth looking at life in general?!? |
