Neither.
The sweet spot I think is 35 to 45 but there's always outliers.
At 43, I've been with 33 to 67. I am gentle with the under-30s. I also need them to be gentle with my hip. I'm gentle with the over 55s because... well, it's not just their hip; it could be other broken body parts. Lol! A 67-year-old had a dodgy shoulder.
 Toys and lubricant help both and help me with low libido and vaginal dryness. Yeah for perimenopause..not. |
