I am not sure if it is something you can practise on your own. With a partner, apart from lube and being relaxed, take your time. It might take multiple sessions to get there. When you do it’s much easier on subsequent times. The more turned on you are the easier it is. Lots of oral before and during insertion and whatever else works for you.
