Despite doing a reasonable (I think) job of disguising my profile, someone has managed to identify me. Knows my name, age and location all match up enough for it all to be plausible.
They’ve not identified themselves, which makes this creepy and sinister.
I’m sure plenty of others have been in this situation, but what does the Fab hive mind suggest?
Block? Engage? Something else? |

Block and take your full body photos off. If I knew you I'd be able to identify you there can't be many men who wear a kilt in your area either and aren't there apps that can unblur faces or am I imagining that?
Don't engage with people who claim they know you but don't identify themselves, it's creepy, nasty and mildly threatening. Don't give them their creepy pleasure. |
