To the Op, I would say find a spanking meet. There are several out there. Any good spanking top will listen to your needs and limits before starting a session.
I would add a word of warning that in our experience at Fet Events the majority of female Dommes are more sadistic than their male counterparts. So if that’s what you are looking for make sure you are very clear about your limits.
